ΕΝ12767 FRP passive safety poles

FRP/GRP  are suitable for use near coastal sites as they are not affected by corrosion and require minimal maintenance. They are three times lighter than metal masts and withstand high wind pressures. They are so strong that they are even used in the masts of sailing ships. At the same time, in the event of a vehicle collision, they tend to break, resulting in the minimization of the forces exerted on the driver, thus reducing the chances of serious injury according to the EN12767 standard.
